Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery except for clearance and sale items which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.  Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

You may obtain return authorization via emailing lockamedesigns@gmail.com. The authorization requests must be made within 7 days from when your order is delivered. The merchandise must be received within 14 days. You are responsible for returned postage for shipping. Your carrier is your choice and it is advised that you obtain tracking for your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Do not send items back without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

Once your return is checked in, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received.

Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued.

 

PLEASE NOTE CLEARANCE ITEMS AND ON SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

 

All purchases are final on clearance and sale items.

LockaMe Designs guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear do not qualify.

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style and color you want and email us to get a return authorization to send the item back to us as a return. When you contact customer service, please have your new order number handy so we can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at LockaMe Designs.
